Why the form?

What you send is used to understand your website request and to get back to you about it. Phone is required; current website and the extra message are optional. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or third-party contact details.

What gets stored

Your business, your trade, what you need, your name, your email, your phone number and any optional fields you fill in. The date of the request and your agreement to be contacted are stored as well. A temporary technical fingerprint limits abusive submissions; the raw IP address is not stored in the request database.

Who can see it

The owner of Sitecléo and the providers needed to run the site. The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. and the database by Turso, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the us-east-2 region (Ohio, United States). Email goes through Resend: your request is sent to the owner, and an acknowledgement is sent to the address you gave. The Outivo connection is not switched on.

Booking and cookies

The calendar is provided by Calendly and appears directly after you submit the form if you accepted outside services in the banner. Until you agree, or if you refuse, no Calendly content loads on our site. If you refuse, a link lets you open Calendly on its own site. When the calendar loads, Calendly receives your IP address and may set its own cookies to run the booking. A technical cookie on our side, valid for one hour, lets you find your confirmation again. A Meta pixel lets us know which advert brought you here. It only loads if you accept it in the banner: until you answer, or if you refuse, nothing is set and no data reaches Meta. If you accept measurement and submit the form, the _fbp and _fbc advertising identifiers already present in your browser, when available, are sent to Meta with the request event to improve matching. Your choice is kept in your browser; clearing site data resets it. No Google Ads tracking is active.

How long we keep it

Your request is kept for three years from the day you send it, then deleted automatically. A form you started but never sent is deleted automatically after ninety days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, without giving a reason.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, to be contacted about your project. Our legitimate interest in answering requests addressed to us and in protecting the form from abuse. The measurement pixel and the calendar load only after you agree in the banner.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your information is stored in the United States: the application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (Covina, California), the database by Turso on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the us-east-2 region (Ohio), and email is delivered by Resend. These providers offer contractual data protection commitments; you may ask us for the details at the address below.

Exercising your rights
